Effective September 9, 2026. This policy covers text messages sent by EB Ventures LLC, doing business as Sprinkler Savers. It applies to our text messaging service only. If you never texted us and never gave us your mobile number, none of this affects you.

EB Ventures LLC sends text message updates and replies to customers about pricing, scheduling, and the services offered at sprinklersavers.com. In practice that means appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival windows on the day of service, quotes and repair findings, seasonal reminders such as fall blowout scheduling, and direct replies when you text us a question. How you opt in

You join by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts -- on a booking form, on our contact page, in person with a technician, or by texting us first. When you opt in, we may send you a message confirming your signup.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can be a customer and never get a single text.

Cost and message frequency

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Message frequency varies -- it depends on your service history and the time of year. A customer with an active repair might get several messages in a week. A customer with nothing scheduled might get one or two a season.

How to stop the messages

You can cancel this service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you have received from us. After you send STOP, we will reply once to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from us.

If you want to join again, sign up the way you did the first time and we will start sending you messages again.

How to get help

Privacy of your mobile information

We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver those messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are exempt from any sharing described here -- that information is not shared with anyone.

We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
