Every member: $150 off a Smart Start controller install in your first year. Smart Start 8 is $545 (normally $695), Smart Start 16 is $645 (normally $795), and Smart Start on a controller you supply is $149 (normally $299). One time, during your first membership year; it is never added to the yearly price. Can't be combined with the 10% member discount.
Savers prices apply to new sign-ups from October 2, 2026 and to renewals from January 1, 2027. Memberships renew automatically each year at the price in effect at renewal, charged to the card on file. We email you about 45 days before every renewal with the date and the amount. To cancel, use your membership account, reply to any of our emails, or call 651-364-7186. Membership does not cover the out-of-core-area travel charge.

How does the $150 controller offer work?
Every member gets $150 off one Smart Start controller install during the first membership year: Smart Start 8 is $545 (normally $695), Smart Start 16 is $645 (normally $795), or $149 (normally $299) to install a controller you supply. It is a one-time offer and is never added to your yearly price. Can't be combined with the 10% member discount.
How do zones affect the price?
Savers and Savers Plus have two prices: one for up to 8 zones and one for 9 or more. Count the stations on your controller. The zone count is confirmed at sign-up and at every renewal.
Can I still get a blowout this fall?
Fall blowouts are full for 2026. Join now and you are first on the list for the spring startup and next fall's blowout.
Does the included head roll over if I don't need one?
No. It is part of the spring startup, so it does not carry over to the next year or turn into a credit.
What is not included?
Repairs and upgrades are flat-rate lines from our price book with 10% off for members, and they carry our 3-year warranty. Membership does not cover the out-of-core-area travel charge. A second diagnostic visit in the same year is $49.
