Why most people end up joining
Almost every homeowner with an in-ground system books two visits a year anyway — the startup in spring and the blowout in autumn. The membership bundles those, which for most multi-zone systems works out cheaper than booking them separately.

Is it cheaper than booking the two visits separately?
For most homeowners with a multi-zone system, yes. Startup and blowout are the two visits nearly everyone books anyway, and the membership bundles them.
Do I still pay for repairs?
Yes — the membership covers the two seasonal visits, not parts and repair labour. Repairs are quoted flat-rate before we start and carry the same three-year warranty.
How does scheduling work?
We contact you when it's time for each visit rather than waiting for you to book. That's the main reason people join — the blowout in particular is easy to leave too late.
