Pricing

How our pricing works

We keep pricing simple: transparent repair and upgrade options

  • Most repairs and upgrades can be quoted on-site once we see the system running.

  • When we can confidently diagnose quickly (like a broken head), we often use flat-rate pricing.

  • For complex issues (wiring faults, intermittent zone issues, mystery leaks), we start with a diagnostic visit and then provide options.

  • For hourly jobs, we do not "round" time on site forwards or backwards like some of our competitors. If it takes 47 minutes, that's what you are getting billed. We do not bill you for 60 minutes.

Our Work

Exceptional Service, Unmatched Expertise!

Booking your sprinkler service takes less than 2 minutes. Choose a convenient time that works for your schedule, and we'll send you a confirmation with text reminders. No hassle, no waiting on hold—just professional service when you need it.

How often should I have my sprinkler system professionally serviced?

We recommend at minimum a spring startup and fall winterization every year. For optimal performance and to catch small issues early, our monthly membership checks are ideal. Most Twin Cities homeowners find the membership pays for itself by preventing one major repair.

When should I schedule my spring sprinkler startup in Minnesota?

The best time is typically late April to early May, after the last hard freeze. We start booking in March and fill up quickly, so early scheduling is recommended. Members get priority scheduling.

Why is fall winterization important in Minnesota?

Minnesota winters are brutal on irrigation systems. If water remains in your pipes, it will freeze and expand, causing cracks and breaks that lead to expensive spring repairs. Our professional blow-out service uses high-volume compressors to remove all water from your system.

How much does sprinkler repair cost in the Twin Cities?

Costs vary by repair type. Simple head replacements start around $89-$105 per head. Valve repairs typically run $125-$300. Complex leak repairs range from $300-$600. We always provide upfront estimates before starting work. Members save 15% on all repairs.

Are your technicians licensed and insured?

Yes! We're licensed as Technology Systems Contractors (License #TS100097) and fully insured in Minnesota. All our technicians are trained specialists in residential irrigation systems.

What should I do if my sprinkler system is leaking?

First, shut off the water supply to your irrigation system (usually at the backflow preventer). Then call us at (651) 371-9722. We offer same-day emergency service to minimize property damage and water waste.

Do you offer smart controller upgrades?

Absolutely! Smart controllers can reduce your water usage by up to 35% by adjusting watering based on weather conditions. We install and program WiFi-enabled controllers that you can control from your phone. Typical installation runs $400-$800 depending on the model but provide yearly water savings in the hundred of dollars.

How long does a typical service appointment take?

Spring startups and winterizations typically take 45-60 minutes. Most repairs are completed in 60-90 minutes. Complex diagnostics may take 1-2 hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when we schedule.

What's included in your membership program?

Our $215/year membership includes: professional spring startup with full inspection, monthly system checks from May through September, fall winterization blow-out, priority scheduling with no wait times, 15% discount on all repairs, and direct access to your account manager.

Do you service both residential and commercial properties?

We specialize in residential sprinkler systems throughout the Twin Cities metro area. For HOAs and multi-family properties, we offer custom service plans—contact us for a quote.
