Head prices are per head. Repair prices are per repair. Ranges reflect how accessible the component is and what's actually wrong once we look.
Why ranges instead of one number
A head sitting in open turf and a head buried under a shrub with a cracked riser are the same part and very different jobs. Rather than quote a single optimistic figure and revise it on site, we publish the honest range and give you the exact price once we've seen the system.
What doesn't vary: there's no hourly meter running while we diagnose, no credit card surcharge, and no line items appearing after the fact. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
Seasonal service
Spring startups and fall blowouts are quoted per system, since it depends on zone count and access. Call for a figure on yours — or the $215/year membership covers both, every year, scheduled automatically. For most homeowners with a multi-zone system, the membership works out cheaper than booking the two visits separately.
