Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026. This policy covers sprinklersavers.com and the services we provide. Sprinkler Savers is operated by EB Ventures LLC in Cottage Grove, Minnesota.
Quick answer
We collect what we need to quote your job, show up at your house, do the work, and get paid. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number with anyone for marketing. If you want to know what we have on you or want it deleted, call (651) 364-7186 and ask. We will tell you.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, book a job on our booking page, join a membership, call us, or text us, we collect:
- Your name, service address, phone number, and email address
- What you told us about your system -- zone counts, symptoms, controller brand, past repairs
- Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe does.
- Anything else you choose to send us in a message, voicemail, or form
Information we collect during service
Doing sprinkler work generates records, and we keep them because they make your next visit faster and cheaper:
- Job notes and findings -- what we tested, what failed, what we replaced, and what we recommended
- Photos of your irrigation system -- heads, valve boxes, backflow assemblies, controllers, and problem areas. We photograph equipment, not people or the inside of your home. We use these to document work, build accurate quotes, and remember your system next season.
- Call recordings and transcripts -- calls to and from our business line may be recorded and transcribed so we can turn them into accurate job notes and follow up on what you asked for
- System history -- zone maps, valve locations, part numbers, and prior repairs
Information collected automatically on our website
Like most websites, ours collects standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you got here, and how long you stayed. We use Google Analytics and Google advertising tools for this. These use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some things may behave oddly.
How we use your information
- To quote, schedule, and perform the work you asked for
- To reach you about your appointment -- arrival windows, delays, and findings
- To process payments and manage memberships
- To send seasonal reminders, such as fall blowout scheduling
- To answer questions and handle warranty claims under our 3-year repair warranty
- To keep records our business and our insurer require
- To measure which of our ads and pages actually bring in customers
Text messages
Our text messaging service has its own terms, including how to opt out and how we handle your mobile number. See our SMS Terms & Text Message Privacy Policy. The short version: mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and you can reply STOP to any message to end them.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the vendors who help us run the business, and only so they can do their part:
- Our CRM and marketing platform, which stores contacts and conversations
- Our scheduling software and our payment processor, Stripe
- Our phone and text messaging provider
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google
- Our email provider
- Our accountant, insurer, and attorney, when a specific matter requires it
We may also disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
If we ever sell the business, customer records would transfer with it. We would post notice here before that happened.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer and for seven years after your last service, which covers the 3-year repair warranty, tax records, and any warranty dispute that surfaces late. Marketing contacts who never became customers are cleared out periodically. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for a shorter period, generally about a year.
Your choices
- Stop texts -- reply STOP to any message from us
- Stop emails -- click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or ask us
- See what we have -- call or email and we will tell you what is in your file
- Correct it -- tell us what is wrong and we will fix it
- Delete it -- ask, and we will delete what we are not legally or contractually required to keep. Deleting your file ends any active warranty coverage, because the warranty depends on the record of the work.
- Opt out of ad tracking -- use your browser's cookie controls and Google's own ad settings

Security
We keep customer data in established business software with access controls, and only people who need it can see it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affected your information, we would notify you as required by Minnesota law.
Children
Our services are sold to homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. The version posted here is the one that applies.
